SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Artist & Track Information

When submitting your demo, please provide the artist name, track title, biography, social media profiles, website, and contact information.

Original Music

The submitted track must be an original production and must not have been previously released, published, or commercially distributed.

Covers, bootlegs, mashups, and remixes of other artists' tracks are not eligible.

Track Duration

The track must have a minimum duration of 4 minutes.

Demo Format

Demos must be submitted in MP3 or WAV format.

If selected, the artist will be required to provide the original audio files as separate tracks/stems for final production, mastering, and release preparation.

AI & Human Production

The use of AI-assisted tools and technologies is permitted in the production of submitted tracks, provided that the track has undergone a substantial human production and creative process.

The submitted track must involve meaningful human creative input, including composition, arrangement, sound design, production, editing, mixing, or other artistic decisions.

Tracks that are entirely AI-generated without meaningful human creative involvement are not eligible for submission.

Ownership & Rights

The artist submitting the track must be the original author and creator of the work and must own or control 100% of the rights to the submitted track.

The artist must also have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for any third-party material used in the production, including samples, vocals, recordings, or other copyrighted material.

Track Availability & Prior Commitments

The submitted track must be fully available for inclusion in the project if selected.

The track must not be subject to any prior agreement, contract, release commitment, licensing arrangement, or other obligation with another record label, publisher, distributor, or third party that could prevent or restrict its inclusion in the ELITE TRANCE MUSIC & GodsWaves Records compilation.

By submitting the track, the artist confirms that they have the necessary rights and authority to submit it for consideration and, if selected, to authorize its inclusion in the project.

Selection

All submissions will be reviewed by the ELITE TRANCE MUSIC & GodsWaves Records team.

Submission does not guarantee selection, release, or promotion. The final selection will be based on the quality, originality, production, and artistic identity of each track.

Promotional Materials

If selected, the artist agrees to provide the necessary artist information, photographs, artwork, logos, social media links, and other promotional materials required to promote the track and the artist.

Promotional Video

Each selected track will receive an exclusive promotional video and short-form clips, designed to showcase the track and promote the artist, their music, social media profiles, and contact information.

Investment & Costs

This initiative is designed as a talent discovery and promotional opportunity for emerging Trance artists.

ELITE TRANCE MUSIC and GodsWaves Records will fully cover the investment and costs associated with the project, including audio production, audiovisual production, promotional content, marketing, promotion, and distribution of the selected tracks.

There are no participation fees or production costs payable by the selected artist.

Royalties & Compensation

Artists whose tracks are selected for this initiative will not receive royalties, fees, or monetary compensation arising from the exploitation or distribution of their selected track as part of this specific project.

Participation in this initiative does not constitute a traditional record deal and does not guarantee any future releases, contracts, royalties, or financial compensation.

The artist retains ownership of their original work and underlying rights, subject to the specific permissions and terms established in the participation agreement.

Promotional Use of Artist Name & Image

If selected, the artist authorizes ELITE TRANCE MUSIC and GodsWaves Records to use their artist name, photographs, biography, logo, social media information, and other materials provided by the artist for the purpose of promoting the selected track, the compilation, and the associated promotional campaign.

Participation Agreement

Artists whose tracks are selected will be provided with a separate participation agreement outlining all applicable terms and conditions of the project.

The agreement will clearly define the rights and permissions required for the release, distribution, and promotion of the selected track, as well as terms relating to copyright, ownership, promotional use, audiovisual content, royalties, and other aspects of the project.

Selection of a track does not constitute final acceptance into the compilation until the selected artist has reviewed and signed the corresponding participation agreement.
